Information for your transfer.

When you send a request, World Driver receives the details you enter so the operator can review your journey and contact you about availability and a quote.

What is collected

Your name, email address, contact phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, journey dates and times, passengers, luggage, vehicle preference, flight information and any notes you choose to provide. Your consent and a request identifier are also recorded.

How it is used

These details are used to manage your transfer enquiry, clarify your request and communicate about the proposed journey. Submitting the form does not confirm a ride or take payment. Avoid including payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in your notes.

Storage and access

Requests are stored on this website and made available to authorised site administrators. The booking form does not save your personal details in your browser’s local storage. Technical protections help prevent duplicate requests and automated abuse.

Questions and changes

Keep your request reference. Once the operator contacts you, use that conversation to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. A public contact channel will be added when the operator provides one.
