Is my ride confirmed when I send?+
No. The form sends a transfer request. A ride, vehicle and fare are confirmed separately by the operator after reviewing availability.
Can I choose another route?+
Yes. Choose departure and destination separately on the booking page. Select Other for a place outside the list and enter the exact location. The operator will review whether the journey can be provided.
Can I request a return trip?+
Yes. Select “Return trip” and check its pickup and drop-off locations, date and time. Return locations can be different from your first journey. The review shows both journeys before you send.
How do I choose the right vehicle?+
Compare the indicative passenger and suitcase limits on the Cars page. Actual vehicle models and luggage space require operator confirmation. Mention oversized bags or special needs in your notes.
How is the price calculated?+
A quote is provided after the operator reviews your journey. The website does not calculate a fare or take payment.
Will I receive an automatic email?+
An automatic email is not sent at this stage. Keep the request reference displayed on screen. The operator can use the email or contact number you provide to discuss your request.
